 | Piano Concert – Evening Dedicated to Chopin | | culture.in |  16 Nov 2009 | |  | |  A piano recital, Chopin’s Evening, will occur in the Museum of the City of Skopje on Wednesday at 8:00 p.m. to commemorate 200 years since Chopin’s birth, a prelude to celebration planned for 2010.
Students in class of Professor Stela Slejanska including Emilija Potevska, Tatjana Dzorleva, Melani Ruvcevska (Zagreb) and Nina Vulekovic (Podgorica) will perform pieces by the greatest Polish composer from the period of Romanticism. Prof. Stela Slejanska will be handed a French award, “Academic Palms” at the event.
The concert is organized by the Embassies of Poland and France. |  |
