Tetovo Filigrees Folk Festival
One of Macedonia's most prominent festivals promoting folk music, Tetovski filigrani (Tetovo Filigrees), is held in Tetovo in September.

Tetovo Choir Echoes Festival – TEHO
This festival, which has a long tradition, usually takes place in June and hosts choirs from a number of countries, mainly from Macedonia and the Balkans.
