 Macedonian publisher Matica Makedonska has won prestigious Davidias, an award bestowed by the Croatian Writers’ Association, for the best translation of a Croatian literary work. Matica has been given the award for “Marin Drzic: Comedies and Pastorals" by Marko Fotez, the chronicler of Drzic’s work, published in Skopje last year. Drzic’s texts were translated by three eminent translators: Paskal Gilevski, Todor Dimitrovski and Georgi Stalev. |
